KOMINKADOGRUN · THINGS TO DO

What shall we
do today?

Pet, play, and pause for a little rest.
Start with whatever catches your eye.
Find your favorite way to spend time with the dogs.

01 / MEET & PET

A gentle hello.

Reach out and enjoy a little response. Take your time with each expression and wag of the tail.

How to pet a dog

A happy reply to your touch

Gently stroke a dog’s head, cheeks, or under its chin. Watch it lean toward your hand and wag its tail. In VR, try petting with both hands and see how its reaction changes.

Refill treats with Points

A little treat, just for you

Hold out a treat and watch a dog come closer for a bite. Stay nearby and enjoy that small moment together.

Meet the dogs

A Corgi, Pomeranian, Labrador, Dachshund, Shiba Inu, and Samoyed. Get to know their different sizes and expressions, and see who catches your eye.

02 / PLAY TOGETHER

One more throw?

A chase, a ball, and a return to you. A simple exchange that stays fun, time after time.

How to play fetch

Back to the person who threw it

Throw a ball and watch a dog chase it and bring it back. When it waits with the ball in its mouth, take it for another round.

Extra toys: Points or purchases

A different toy for today

Choose from toys such as a doughnut, a bone, or a temari ball. If a ball goes far away, the menu can bring it back to a spot near you.

Hosting: VAnimal Trainer

A little playtime with the pack

Gather the dogs into a formation, let them race after a ball, or choose two dogs to play together. There’s plenty to watch when the pack joins in.

03 / REST TOGETHER

A little closer. A little quieter.

After a game, or on a day for doing less, find a comfortable place and settle down beside a dog.

How to rest beside a dog

Choose a spot together

Choose where a dog should come and which way it faces. Let it lie on its side, lie down, sit, or curl up. Find a cozy spot in the garden or beside your pillow.

Extra poses and actions: Points

A paw, a chin, a little trust

Ask for a paw or let a dog rest its chin on your hand. Discover a belly-up pose, a stretch, and a yawn—more little sides of your companion.

Rest, or simply watch

Listen to a sleeping dog breathe beside you. Watch the dogs wander through the garden or play with one another. You don’t have to keep them busy to enjoy their company.

Who can call dogs depends on the instance settings. Take turns with dogs that are spending time with someone else.

04 / DRESS UP

What suits you today?

Choosing something that suits a dog is part of the fun. A familiar face can feel a little different in a new outfit.

Accessories: Points or purchases

Hats, ribbons, and a little style

Try hats, bow ties, glasses, or a backpack. Preview a look before putting it on a dog, or bring a whole outfit together with a themed set.

Points or included in sets

A little color with every pet

Paw prints, petals, and sparkling lights. Choose an effect that appears as you pet a dog. Some live sets also include their own matching effects.

05 / PHOTOS & MEMORIES

A little moment, kept in a picture.

Even when you aren’t holding a camera, the world can capture the time you spend together.

How to keep your photos

A photo you didn’t stop to take

Moments such as petting or a dog returning a ball are photographed automatically. Browse different angles on the veranda’s photo board, and find bedside moments on the bedroom board.

Keep a favorite before you leave

The photos are personal to you. Save the ones you love, and choose a frame with paw prints, hearts, or a little sparkle. Photos on the boards disappear when you leave the world.

Dog-view monitor: Points

The garden through a dog’s eyes

Use your personal dog-view monitor to look around from closer to the ground. Familiar places—and you playing nearby—look a little different from here.

06 / MUSIC & LIGHT

The garden becomes a stage.

Share a little music and light in the garden. Bring a friend, settle in, and take a look around.

Shows to host: Points or purchases

A live show to share

Lights fill the garden in time with the music, with a different mood for each show. When someone hosts a show, everyone can watch, even without owning it.

Purchased shows; seasonal items available

The dogs take the stage

The dogs perform in Candy Step and Pumpkin Parade, too. Enjoy costumes and performances that bring a different kind of playtime to the garden.

07 / MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME

Come back for another hello.

A favorite dog, a comfortable corner. Find the little things that make this your kind of place.

How to open the menu

A name of your own

Give a dog a nickname on the dog introduction board. Only you see the name you choose. Your names and favorite are saved for your next visit.

A hello from your favorite

Choose a favorite dog, and it will come to greet you on a visit when it is free. If it is playing with someone else, give it a little time. Your favorite is still a dog everyone can enjoy.

Settle into your own pace

Adjust the garden and bedroom sound levels to a comfortable balance. If you need a little help, visit the old man’s guide or take a look through the menu.

A day full of play, or a moment spent simply being there.
Enjoy the dogs’ company at your own pace.
